Presentation
The Motu UltraLite MK5 is a USB 2.0 digital audio interface (USB 3 and iOS compatible) designed for studios and stages. It has 18 inputs and 22 outputs with DSP mixing, effects processing and excellent analog audio quality.
This new version of the famous UltraLite inaugurates a new design and arrives with improved performance in terms of conversion quality and microphone preamps thanks to the ESS Sabre32 Ultra™ DAC Technology chips.
The drivers supplied are optimized to reduce latency to a minimum. The interface is ideal for mobile use with a lot of I/O and thanks to the loopback function it is compatible for live stream and podcast use.
The DSP mixing has been simplified, it allows you to easily assign live inputs to any pair of outputs.
You can also create a unique and separate mix return for each output (monitor outputs, phones, etc.).
The following effects are integrated:
- reverb
- 4-channel parametric equalizer
- dynamic processing at the inputs and mixing buses (compressors)
Finally, you can use it standalone, everything is controllable from the new CueMix that works on many platforms:

- iPad ™

- tablet and smartphone

Connaissant les produits MOTU depuis 1987 ayant eu aussi dp3 et une carte son motu 828 firewire et le mac g4 en 2004, je me sens à l’aise avec ce produit alors je me suis équipé à nouveau avec MOTU pour rester dans l’esprit MOTU 2021.
