The Neumann KH 80 DSP monitoring loudspeaker features digital signal processing (DSP), which makes the loudspeaker's sound totally independent of its listening environment. The loudspeaker can be calibrated automatically via a control application, which will be available during the year.

The KH 80 DSP bi-amplified active two-way monitor offers a DSP engine with network control, Mathematically Modeled Dispersion™ (MMD™) waveguide, analogue input and an extensive choice of mounting and fixing devices. This means the loudspeaker can be used in a wide range of acoustic conditions, on any source and in different physical environments. The KH 80 benefits from the latest technologies in terms of acoustic and electronic simulation and measurement, to ensure the most accurate sound reproduction possible.

The Neumann KH80 is designed for use as a close monitor, as a front speaker in a small multi-channel listening system, or as a rear speaker in a compact multi-channel system. It can be used in pre-production or music studios, broadcast control rooms, OB vans and post-production studios for recording, mixing and mastering. It is also ideal for use in the home environment.
