ST Style Guitar
The Patina PS-3 LPB Lake Placid Blue guitar reimagines the famous SSS configuration with a Lake Placid Blue finish and a tortoiseshell pickguard, giving it a distinctive character. Its paulownia body, satin-finished roasted maple neck and nitrocellulose lacquer finish create a lightweight instrument that’s comfortable to hold and designed to age beautifully over time. The hand-wound Alnico V pickups, vibrato and locking tuners round off a guitar designed for unrestricted playing.

Presentation
The Patina PS-3 LPB Lake Placid Blue guitar builds on the formula that made the SSS models so successful, in a version with a particularly refined look. Its Lake Placid Blue finish is accentuated by a tortoiseshell pickguard, which enhances its vintage style. The three hand-wound Alnico V single-coil pickups produce precise, bright and expressive tones. The middle positions retain that sought-after snappy character, whilst overdriven tones remain crisp and well-defined.
The paulownia body ensures a lightweight and resonant guitar. The nitrocellulose finish naturally ages with the instrument, developing a unique patina over the years. The quarter-sawn, torrefied maple neck features a satin finish that glides easily under the hand. Its Modern C profile, combined with a rosewood fingerboard with a 13.75" radius, provides a comfortable playing feel along the entire length of the neck.
The 22 stainless steel jumbo frets are designed to withstand many years of playing. The vibrato returns to pitch with precision thanks to the 1:19 ratio locking tuners and the bone nut. The luminescent side markers remain visible when the light fades. The controls consist of a volume knob and two tone controls, allowing you to quickly adjust your sound.
The guitar comes factory-fitted with D’Addario EXL110 strings in .010-.046 gauge. Every component has been selected to prioritise reliability, comfort and a natural feel. Its timeless aesthetic is complemented by modern features that meet the expectations of today’s musicians. This is a guitar that will easily find its place in rehearsals, the studio and on stage alike!
