Patina - PS-4 LPB Lake Placid Blue

The Patina PS-4 LPB Lake Placid Blue guitar is designed for guitarists who want a single guitar capable of covering multiple styles. Its HSS configuration combines two single-coil pickups with a humbucker in the bridge position. The clean tones from the neck and middle positions offer precision and depth. The humbucker, meanwhile, delivers power and a richer tone for rhythm playing and solos. Together, these pickups allow you to switch effortlessly from clean tones to more distorted sounds.

The Lake Placid Blue finish highlights the curves of the body and enhances the instrument’s visual appeal. The tortoiseshell pickguard adds a distinct vintage touch. The paulownia body keeps the guitar lightweight whilst promoting good resonance. The nitrocellulose finish complements the natural ageing of the wood and allows the instrument to develop a patina over time.

The quarter-sawn, roasted maple neck features a satin finish that feels pleasant to the touch. Its Modern C profile and rosewood fingerboard with a 13.75" radius offer a smooth and balanced playing experience. The 22 rounded-edge stainless steel jumbo frets ensure excellent durability.
