The Peavey Aureus Mini digital mixing console is aimed at musicians, technicians and small organisations looking for a modern, clear and efficient tool. It has 20 inputs and 12 outputs, enough to manage a full band, vocals, instruments and separate returns.
The 9 motorised 100mm faders make it easy to make live adjustments and give an immediate overview of active levels. The 8" touch screen is easy to read and navigates smoothly, even under live conditions. 48 V phantom powering on 12 channels means that condenser microphones can be used without constraint.
Integrated Wi-Fi allows up to 8 devices to be connected simultaneously, so that each musician can set up their own monitor mix from an HTML5 interface, without the need for cumbersome applications. Channel processing includes a 4-band parametric EQ, low-cut, noise gate, compressor and phase inversion for precise source control. Output processing allows fine-tuning of diffusion with 4-band EQ, high-pass and low-pass filters, compressor, delay, phase inversion and 31-band graphic EQ. The 17 on-board effects, spread over 2 engines, cover the most common reverb, delay and creative processing needs. Programmable mute groups simplify the management of scenes and transitions.
The Solo function has dedicated controls for quick work on balance or repeat. Compatibility with iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux means it can be integrated seamlessly into a variety of environments. The compact size makes it easy to transport and install, while retaining true console ergonomics. The construction inspires confidence for regular live use.
