Presentation
The Allen & Heath Qu-6 modernises the Qu series by incorporating a 96 kHz XCVI engine with impeccable audio performance and a latency of less than 0.7 ms. With 38 input channels to 28 mix busses, it is the perfect solution for touring sound engineers or installers looking for compact power. Its DEEP processing, inherited from the dLive system, ensures high-level DSP tools, directly integrated into the mixer, with no latency and no external DSP.
Motorised 100 mm faders, spread over four customisable layers, make it easy to navigate between inputs, FX sends or DCA groups. Each channel is equipped with a backlit LCD display, dedicated function buttons and a chromatic LED meter for at-a-glance level monitoring. The new 7" capacitive touchscreen offers a redesigned interface that's more fluid and responsive than ever, for a truly optimised workflow.
With 24 XLR/Jack combo inputs, two TRS stereo inputs, 16 XLR outputs and AES3, USB, SD and SLink ports, the Qu-6 offers extremely versatile connectivity. The Qu-6D model adds a 16x16 Dante interface at 48/96 kHz, ideal for complex audio networks. The 32x32 USB-C audio interface and multi-channel recording on SD card make it easy to capture and replay your shows.
Gain and feedback wizards simplify balancing and eliminate the risk of feedback in seconds. The integrated AMM algorithm automatically manages microphone priorities during conferences or broadcasts, effortlessly. These tools make technicians' work easier, even in tense situations where every second counts.
Compatibility with the "Everything I/O" ecosystem via SLink, 8 assignable SoftKeys, multi-user management, remote control apps and MIDI support make this console as complete as it is intuitive. It's ideal for small stages as well as fixed installations such as theatres, multi-purpose halls and conference centres.
