The Yamaha Tio1608-D2 I/O rack simplifies the use of digital mixing consoles thanks to its 16 inputs and 8 outputs, providing a robust and comprehensive configuration for setting up a sound system, with connections grouped as close as possible to the audio sources.
Controllable remotely via the R Remote software, the D-PRE preamps play a central role in the reproduction of vocals and instruments. They are designed to deliver a natural signal, with an equivalent input noise of -128 dBu and a dynamic range of 108 dB, ensuring that subtle nuances remain clearly audible.
Connection via the Dante audio network reduces on-stage cabling and simplifies signal routing between the control room and connection points. The QUICK CONFIG feature automates a large proportion of the network settings and audio assignments with a TF series mixing console.
The Tio1608 stage box is designed for Yamaha TF, CL and QL series consoles. When used with a TF console and the NY64-D Dante card (sold separately), up to three Tio1608-D racks can expand input and output capacity. This modular architecture helps to distribute connections according to the needs of the stage and the control room.
