Schecter's Diamond J-4 Exotic Faded Vintage Sunburst guitar features a swamp ash body with zebrano top, maple neck and torrefied maple fingerboard, offering a balance between exotic aesthetics and classic lutherie woods. Fitted with a pair of EMG Metal Works pickups (SJ in the neck and LJ in the bridge), this bass features an active 2-band preamp that allows a wide variety of sounds to be achieved, from the classic jazz-style bass sound to more modern, punchy tones. The bass is designed for comfort and playability, with a 'Thin 'C' profile neck and 21 Narrow X-Jumbo frets, as well as a Schecter High Mass bridge that allows the strings to pass through the body for improved sustain.
