This aesthetic choice in no way detracts from the product's sonic DNA, which retains the frequency finesse of the dual 4-band isolator. Each band can be attenuated or amplified with great precision, paving the way for deep transitions, dynamic rises or complete reshaping of the spectrum to suit your style.

The integrated Innofader crossfader provides extremely smooth signal articulation. In Mix mode, it allows you to make progressive fades for a natural transition between two sources. In Cut mode, it acts instantaneously, useful both for incisive techniques and for isolating a source in a single gesture. Designed to integrate perfectly with the logic of the orbit.6, its 6-channel architecture guarantees total consistency in the workflow, making it easy to integrate into a professional installation.

The eq.xfader Red also stands out for its modular approach. With its Mixer Insert, several units can be daisy-chained to extend the range of possibilities, while the Iso Insert lets you add external processing such as a graphic equaliser, compressor or specialist effects. The red front panel, made from 6 mm machined 5083 aluminium, blasted glass bead, anodised and screen-printed, ensures a durable and elegant visual appearance. The 1.5mm Zintec steel chassis has a textured black coating, while the internal components are based on audio-grade operational amplifiers, high-precision film capacitors and gold- or silver-plated connectors. Alps metal-axis potentiometers ensure smoothness, precision and longevity, even in harsh environments.
