Designed to capture the essence of CASIO’s range of keyboards and digital instruments, the Vintage CASIO Legacy virtual instrument from UVI brings together six standalone instruments in a downloadable licence tailored to modern workflows. The collection brings together the CZ, FZ, VZ, HZ, CTK and RZ, each with their own distinct sonic character, whilst the Multi module combines the RZ drum engine with four synthesiser slots drawn from the Legacy instruments.

The appeal lies in being able to switch quickly between distinctive digital tones and sampled textures, animated pads, drum sounds or more lo-fi timbres. Shaping controls, performance controls and in-depth editing allow you to tailor the sounds to each project.

With 1,417 presets and 110,609 samples, Vintage CASIO Legacy offers a rich foundation for production, sound design and composition, whilst retaining the sonic identity of the original CASIO machines across a variety of production contexts.
