The WORK WFS 500 CX R is a high-power passive loudspeaker designed for outdoor installations requiring effective sound coverage over long distances. Its design combines high sound pressure levels, excellent vocal clarity and precise musical reproduction to meet the demands of open-air environments such as water parks, amusement parks, sports complexes and leisure areas.

Its 2-way design features a 10-inch woofer housed in a bass-reflex enclosure and a coaxial compression driver with a 1-inch diaphragm. This design delivers uniform sound dispersion with a controlled coverage pattern of 80° × 60°, making it particularly suitable for applications where sound coverage must remain consistent across a wide listening area.

Capable of delivering 500 W RMS at 8 Ω, the WFS 500 CX R offers significant power headroom for installations requiring high sound levels. Its extended frequency response enables it to reproduce voice announcements with precision whilst also ensuring dynamic music playback.

Designed to withstand the rigours of outdoor use, the loudspeaker features a robust ABS enclosure and a metal grille with a water-repellent finish. Its IP65 rating ensures effective protection against dust and water splashes, guaranteeing reliable operation in harsh conditions.

The WFS 500 CX R is supplied with the WSTB 10 H wall bracket, which allows vertical adjustment of up to 45° in 7.5° increments. An optional WSTB 10 V bracket also allows for lateral adjustment to optimise sound coverage according to the site layout.
