Folk Electro Acoustic Guitar
The Yamaha TAS1 C Natural offers TransAcoustic technology in a more compact concert format, with integrated effects, Bluetooth and a rechargeable battery for stand-alone use.

Presentation
The Yamaha TAS1 C Natural extends the TransAcoustic concept into a concert format, more compact than the dreadnought version, while retaining all the essential functions of this second generation. The aim remains the same: to provide access to effects built directly into the guitar, without having to rely on an amp or external system.
Operation is based on an actuator placed inside the instrument, which sets the body in vibration to generate the effects. Reverb and chorus are produced acoustically, using the guitar's natural resonance. This approach changes the perception of playing from the very first notes, adding depth and a sense of space without altering the instrument's natural response.
The TAS1 C offers several types of reverb and chorus, accessible directly via the on-board controls. Delay is available via the dedicated mobile app, which can also be used to fine-tune settings. Bluetooth connectivity lets you stream an audio source to the guitar, making it ideal for working with backing tracks. The integrated looper completes the package for recording and overdubbing sequences without additional equipment.
The construction is based on a solid Sitka spruce top with mahogany back and sides. The concert format provides a more balanced response in the midrange, with a more precise playing feel, often appreciated for fingerstyle or nuanced playing. The cutaway also makes it easier to access the higher positions on the neck.
This configuration makes for a versatile instrument, suitable for everyday use, with an autonomous approach to sound.
