Edge Duo, a new version of Antelope Audio's top-of-the-range dual-diaphragm Edge microphone combined with a modelling system.

Presentation
Edge Duo is a large-capsule, dual-diaphragm condenser microphone for picking up vocals or instruments with perfect transparency and neutrality, essential characteristics for reproducing emulated microphones as faithfully as possible.
Emulations of legendary microphones are already numerous and will continue to grow. These original microphones have been carefully selected to give you the most authentic emulations possible.
Two diaphragms mean two audio channels: Edge Duo connects to two preamps on your digital audio interface using a 5-pin female XLR Y-cable on one end and a dual 3-pin male XLR on the other.
This means you can change the directivity even after recording from the dedicated plug-in, as well as accurately reproducing the directivity behaviour of each model with on-axis and off-axis responses, for true multi-dimensional modelling.
For optimum emulations, use an Antelope Audio interface with on-board FPGA processor: Discrete 4 or 8, Orion Studio Rev. 2017, Goliath or Goliath HD, Zen Tour.
If you have an interface from another brand, you will have access to native emulations (via your computer's processors). You can even change models after you've finished recording.
