B&C Speakers - 10NW76 16 Ohm Push Buttons

This 10-inch speaker from B&C Speakers is aimed at those looking for a solution capable of providing effective coverage of the low and midrange, while retaining a compact, lightweight format.

The 16-ohm version of the 10NW76 has the advantage of allowing more flexible paralleling in multi-way configurations, without the risk of lowering the overall impedance of the system.

Inside is a 76mm voice coil made from CCAW (copper-clad aluminium wire), mounted on a fibreglass support. This choice provides a controlled temperature rise and good mechanical strength for prolonged use.

Power handling is rated at 400 watts continuous, with an extended response from 65 Hz to 3.5 kHz, giving you the freedom to use it as a two-way system or as a midrange reinforcement.

The built-in neodymium motor generates a dense magnetic field while keeping the weight down. The whole unit rests on a rigid, well-ventilated aluminium basket, which helps dissipate heat from the coil.

To improve linearity, a demodulation ring has been integrated into the magnetic circuit: a real plus in vocal systems or for instruments requiring faithful reproduction of transients.

Its sensitivity of 94.72 dB remains balanced for a 16 ohm version, with a generous Xmax of ±7 mm allowing a good SPL level without losing definition. In terms of integration, it is designed to operate in a 26-litre volume, tuned around 65 Hz. Its size remains practical: 106 mm deep, weighing just 3.8 kg, and with a standard baseplate that makes it easy to replace or integrate into an existing structure.
