The B&C Speakers DCX462 16 Ohm Coax Driver embodies the acoustic expertise of the Italian brand. This new-generation coaxial driver has been completely redesigned to push back the limits of midrange and treble reproduction in the most demanding professional sound systems.

Thanks to a dual coaxial diaphragm design, the DCX462 ensures a smooth transition between the two registers: the 100 mm midrange diaphragm covers the range from 300 Hz to 5.5 kHz with a sensitivity of 112.7 dB, while the 65 mm high-frequency diaphragm takes over up to 18 kHz with a sensitivity of 113.3 dB. This architecture ensures perfect phase coherence, improved crossover management and exceptional clarity, even at very high sound pressure levels.

The neodymium magnet system guarantees high flux density, while the high-temperature polymer diaphragms ensure strength and stability over time. Its 2-inch (50 mm) throat extends the possibilities of association with various professional horns, particularly for applications requiring powerful, detailed sound projection.
