The B&C Speakers DE85TN 16 Ohm is a professional 2-inch compression driver for high-power PA systems. With its 3-inch (75 mm) aluminium voice coil and titanium diaphragm, it delivers powerful, accurate and long-lasting sound reproduction, ideal for full-range speakers and two- or three-way systems.
Its high magnetic flux ferrite motor generates a flux density of 1.8 Tesla, guaranteeing excellent control of the diaphragm throughout the frequency range. Capable of handling 140W AES (and up to 280W peak), the DE85TN covers an extended bandwidth from 1kHz to 18kHz while maintaining a high sensitivity of 109dB, allowing clear, distortion-free reproduction even at high volumes.
The DE85TN's robust design includes a magnetic structure optimised for heat dissipation and stable performance over long sessions. It installs easily on any standard 2" output horn, with a 4-point M6 mounting system spaced 101.6 mm apart. Its precision, reliability and musicality make it a benchmark for professional installations requiring a balanced, high-performance ferrite motor.
