With our preamp modeling technology and its limiter, the MIC200 allows you to quickly improve the quality of your recordings by choosing from 16 preamp voicings designed specifically for vocals, electric and acoustic guitars, bass , synths, batteries and many other sources. The MIC200 uses a 12AX7 tube also carefully selected. Combined with the UTC circuit, it provides exceptional warmth to the sound without increasing the noise level.
The MIC200 is designed in particular to "warm up" the often barren and harsh sound of conventional digital recorders and sound cards. It also constitutes the ideal complement electrostatic studio microphones. Used as a direct box, it delivers signals to the irreproachable integrity. The MIC200 TUBE ULTRAGAIN has a phase reverse switch, +48 V phantom power and 20 dB pad. It boasts balanced inputs and outputs on XLR jacks as well as gold-plated connectors ensure perfect connections.
