Electro-Voice - EVOLVE 50M G2 White

The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M G2 White is a complete sound system comprising a subwoofer, column speaker and integrated mixing desk, designed for DJs, bands, event organisers and public venues, offering increased headroom, even sound distribution and a design that simplifies the management of a performance.

Its maximum sound pressure level reaches 129 dB, with a coverage angle of 120° horizontally and 40° vertically, which ensures even sound distribution across the listening area, whilst the new DSP processing refines the system’s response and preserves the Electro-Voice sound signature.

The 12-inch subwoofer and its laminar flow port enhance bass reproduction, with a design focused on a deep and clear response suitable for events accommodating up to 300 people, ranging from a lively reception to a musical performance where the lower end of the spectrum must remain clear.

The integrated Dynacord mixing console provides comprehensive source management, with a variety of input connections, Bluetooth with TWS, and two effects processors (FX1 and FX2) capable of operating across multiple channels.

The QuickSmart Link RJ45 interconnect adds a network dimension to the system, enabling the sharing of audio signals, parameters and control data between two EVOLVE G2 units, which expands mixing possibilities and, in particular, allows routing and matrixing to be managed via QuickSmart 3.0 on a phone or tablet.

The new 2.8-inch colour LCD screen provides a clear view of key parameters and facilitates DSP management from the rear panel, without the need for additional equipment, featuring a modernised graphical interface that makes settings easier to read and supports both standalone and remote operation.

Compared to the first generation, the EVOLVE 50M G2 delivers a 2 dB increase in maximum output level, features switchable 48 V phantom power and benefits from expanded DSP options including feedback suppression, music ducking and a wider range of effect combinations, whilst the redesigned construction improves ergonomics and reduces weight.
