Presentation
Electro-Voice's ND68 is a mic for kick drum, bass tom, bass, double bass, tuba and low-frequency instruments that develops high levels of acoustic pressure.
Extremely robust, with a metal body and reinforced Memraflex grille, the ND68 is fitted with a large Mylar diaphragm that perfectly reproduces the finesse and tonal balance required on this type of instrument.
It is capable of handling up to 144dB SPL, making it perfectly at ease for close miking of powerful sound sources. The bass remains deep, and the midrange and treble are very present, making it ideal for use both in the studio and on stage.
