Electro-Voice ND96-RC3 Interchangeable threaded supercardioid dynamic capsule for E-V RE3 Series wireless systems, designed for excellent acoustic control on very noisy stages. It offers higher gain than most microphones, as well as perfect isolation for performing on stage, while avoiding feedback.

Presentation
The Electro-Voice ND96-RC3 microphone head features a large-diaphragm capsule with supercardioid polar pattern that screws on to fit ElectroVoice RE3 series wireless handheld transmitters. Electro-Voice's ND96 RC3 microphone capsule builds on the German manufacturer's original N/Dym capsule technology to achieve higher levels of sound performance, clarity and balance.
A switchable vocal presence control is present on the ND96-RC3, serving to reduce certain frequencies in the lower midrange and accentuate key areas of vocal presence in the upper midrange to increase intelligibility in high-energy reinforcement (see graphics).
The microphone head is screwed directly onto the hand-held transmitter, and contact is made automatically via the 3 built-in connection points. The ND96-RC3 has an internal suspension for the capsule to eliminate handling noise and mechanical vibration.
The ND96RC3 capsule features a large Mylar diaphragm that delivers a rich and detailed frequency response, with exceptionally fast transient response. The Memraflex protective grille fitted to all Electro-Voice ND series microphones is perfectly shock-resistant, ensuring a long service life for your stage and studio equipment.
