The mpressor 500 continues the legacy of the very powerful and versatile mpressor in the 500 format. Like its big brother, the mpressor 500 combines massive punch with the chiselling of class-A sound. While its superb sound reproduction and flexibility make it an excellent choice for recording and mixing, its exclusive functions will also allow you to go beyond the possibilities usually offered by other compressors.
Extreme time constants, negative ratios, antilog release and the innovative gain reduction limiter give you plenty of scope to sculpt the sound. The new feature unique to this 500 module is its switchable THD Boost, designed to subtly colour and even saturate your sources.
