The Alnico V core retains the warmth of the PAFs, but with a very contemporary presence. Rendering is stable, even in low tuning. The centre frequency at 2.11 kHz adds real depth to the mix.
This pickup is bridge-mounted, with 49 mm Tune-O-Matic spacing. Installation is straightforward thanks to the EMG solderless system. No ground cable, no headaches!
You get everything in the pack: cables, stereo jack, 25k potentiometers, connection bus. It runs for over 1500 hours on a 9V battery, with minimal power consumption.
