Presentation
The EMG 57TW long axle Brushed Black Chrome is a pickup that pushes back the boundaries of conventional formats. It has a taller casing, a glossy Black Chrome finish and a copper-plated logo that stands out from the crowd.
Inside, the character changes depending on the mode. In dual-coil mode, it spits out a dense, saturated 4.5 V voltage. In single-coil mode, frequencies rise to 3.47 kHz for a drier, sharper sound.
It slips effortlessly into a Floyd-type spaced bridge, and adapts to thick bodies like those of Les Pauls thanks to its long-shaft potentiometer. Designed with specific configurations in mind.
Every element of the installation is included: 25K push/pull, ready-to-plug connectors, stereo jack, battery cable, screws and mounting diagram. All without a soldering iron. This 57TW is all about direct experience, with just the right amount of bite.

The EMG 57TW Floyd Axe long Brushed Black Chrome pickup roars under the palm. On the low string, the hybrid magnetism is felt physically.
The separate tone controls quickly find their feet. You can sculpt a tighter or more open grain depending on the mode.
The original 25K provides a well thought-out curve. There's no need for an alternative to achieve a natural balance. In the studio, the signal is easy to place.
