This EMG 57TW Floyd long-axis Brushed Chrome pickup extends the spectrum of your audio without complicating your lutherie. It has three active coils and switches between two modes via push/pull. The single coil pierces the mix, the humbucker densifies it.
The electronics handle 27 volts while consuming just 160 μA. Autonomy climbs to 1,500 hours. Impedance remains stable at 10 kΩ. Even under stress, the signal retains its sharpness thanks to the low background noise.
The microphone is 52 mm apart, designed for Floyd-type vibratos. The long shaft potentiometer fits directly into Les Paul-type hollow or solid bodies.
Terminals H1 to H6 make for easy mounting. The kit includes the push/pull unit, complete connectors, battery foam, springs and screws. No special tools are required.
The 57TW offers a direct configuration, two sound textures and proven mechanics. It's a real alternative for those who want to modulate.
