The EMG 57TW Floyd Chrome long-axis pickup is a robust, modular solution. It combines a triple active coil and two distinct voices in a single housing. Push/pull activates either a dense humbucker or a single, livelier coil.
Each mode has its own frequency and voltage. In single mode, it climbs to 3.47 kHz and 2.00 V. In double, it anchors lower, with 4.5 V in strum. The noise level remains stable: -107 dBV at 60 Hz.
No soldering iron is required for installation. The kit includes cables, connectors, stereo jack and 25K push-pull. It can be mounted directly or on springs, depending on the configuration.
Its 52mm Floyd/Fender spacing and long shaft potentiometer are ideal for guitars with vibrato and thick bodies. It accepts up to 27V for extra dynamic range. The EMG 57TW Chrome is visually discreet, but incisive in action.
