Presentation
Designed for 7-string guitars, this Hambucker 60-7 White pickup from EMG focuses on clarity and precision in the neck position. Thanks to its mini-humbucker-inspired format, it uses narrower-than-average coils for better note separation.
Its ceramic magnets ensure precise attack and rapid response. Unlike some neck pickups, which are often too thick or muted, the 60-7 produces a clear, balanced sound that's easy to control. It brings out the best in arpeggios, clean parts or flowing solos, while retaining control in denser rhythms.
Installation is solderless thanks to the EMG Solderless system. The pickup comes complete with cables and 25k potentiometers. Its active circuit, powered by a 9V battery, limits background noise even at high gain levels.
