The EMG 60-7HA Chrome is a pickup for 7-string guitars looking for an expressive neck pickup. Thanks to its Alnico V magnets, it generates a warm, nuanced spectrum. The tightly wound coils are reminiscent of vintage mini-humbuckers, with a rich midrange.
It handles dynamic attacks well, even at high gain. The signal retains definition, without parasitic noise, thanks to a silent circuit (-100 dBV). The response remains fluid, even on dense rhythms or legato tracks.
Solderless assembly speeds installation. The pack includes everything you need, including cabling, pots, screws, connectors and a stereo jack. The system remains open to other active EMG pickups, for those who want to combine models.
