The EMG 707TWX is an active pickup designed for 7-string guitars, transforming the musician's sound palette. Inspired by the 707 model, it adds a splittable function thanks to a push/pull potentiometer that makes it easy to switch from double-coil to single-coil.
This pickup is ideal for death metal, thrash, modern blues rock and funk guitarists looking to preserve clarity and richness on the low B string.
Thanks to its large coils and Alnico V magnets, the 707TWX improves bass sound while maintaining good definition across all frequencies.
The X Series preamp enhances touch sensitivity and mic response. Easy to fit thanks to the EMG system, without touching the cables already in place!
