The Alnico V magnet gives an organic attack, without rigidity. The X-Series preamp adds breath and widens the dynamic range. Even when tuned very low, this model never saturates the signal.
The passive/active balance is apparent from the very first notes. The grain remains natural, but the output level pushes the amps just right. The VLPF refines the treble without crushing it.
Designed for rapid installation, the kit includes all the cabling without soldering. Installation is stress-free, whatever your setup. With its standard 49 mm spacing, it fits on Tune-O-Matic bridges without adjustment.
