The EMG H2 Neck is a dual-coil passive microphone designed to produce a sound inspired by vintage humbuckers, with greater clarity and definition.
Inspired by classic PAF humbuckers, it delivers a mid-range output and tonal balance that make it particularly at home in a variety of registers: jazz, blues, classic rock, country or even hard rock.
Thanks to its steel and ceramic magnets, the H2 Neck retains good precision in the treble while maintaining a certain roundness in the bass, without becoming muddy. The result is better articulation, whether you're playing clean solos or slightly crunchy rhythms.
EMG's Solderless mounting system makes it easy to install this pickup or combine it with other EMG-HZ pickups to create a perfectly complementary set. Its compatibility with EMG accessories such as the VLPF, SPC or EXG also means you can shape your sound as you wish, without constraint.
The chrome finish of the cover gives it an elegant, discreet look that suits modern guitars as well as more vintage models.
