Guitar Microphone

Bring out every nuance of your playing with clear, musical sound. EMG's JHZ Set retains the true sound of a passive pickup, but with greater precision and stability. These pickups are perfect for jazz, funk, rock and groove styles, with a clear response that's equally at home with fingerpicking, slap and pick.

ARTICLE N° 110093
The EMG JHZ set is designed to give bassists a typical Jazz Bass sound, while benefiting from noise-reducing technology. The kit includes a short neck pickup and a long bridge pickup, both of which have stacked coils to limit breathiness, a crucial point for musicians playing live or in the studio.

Thanks to the combination of steel and ceramic magnets, the set delivers a powerful sound with a strong mid-range and a smooth treble, ideal for styles such as jazz, funk, rock and funky grooves.

The pickup kit is versatile and adapts to a range of playing techniques, from finger picking to slap and pick. It retains the feel and dynamics of a traditional passive pickup, with greater stability and a more consistent output. The result is a natural sound, with no hiss or noise, even in complex set-ups.
