Designed to recapture the spirit of vintage Strat™ pickups, the EMG SAVX X Series combines a simple active coil with flat Alnico V magnets, perfect for modern guitars.
You get that typical slightly "quack" and punchy grain, while benefiting from improved dynamics thanks to the X preamp. Ideal for funk, blues and rock, it gives a clear, open sound, even with a little overdrive.
The active design significantly reduces background noise, making it effective both on stage and in the studio.
Supplied with everything you need for solderless assembly, you can easily equip your guitar without having to touch the original electronics.
This pickup is compatible with EMG accessories (EXG, SPC, RPC) as well as all other EMG pickups.
