With its Alnico V magnet and integrated X-Series electronics, the SJVX delivers a smooth, present attack. It's perfect for a finger-style groove or a more snappy slap. Example: in the studio, it keeps a warm roundness even when playing very far forward in the mix.
Its frequency response at 3.2 kHz ensures a clear, defined register, while leaving room for the midrange. On repeat, the nuances stand out even on modest amplifiers. And thanks to its 18V compatibility, you can extend the dynamic range even further.
The kit includes everything you need for quick, solderless installation, including cables, 25k pots and stereo jack. No ground wires required: total silence, even at high volume. A battery life of 3,000 hours on a 9V battery completes this pickup designed to last.
