Goldring's E2 phono cell incorporates Magnetic Duplex Technology™ with a dual magnet generator replicating the geometry of an etching head, to improve channel separation and stereo scene reproduction. Its bonded spherical diamond combined with an aluminium cantilever ensures stable reading with a nominal bearing force of 2 g and trackability of 70 µm. Thanks to its dedicated factory screw adjustment system, the angle of the diamond is pre-adjusted to ensure constant channel balance and simplified installation on a wide range of vinyl decks.

The Goldring E2 is an MM phono cell designed to ensure accurate playback of vinyl records thanks to its Magnetic Duplex Technology™. Its dual-magnet generator uses the geometry of a recording head to improve channel separation and the reproduction of stereo information present in the groove.
It uses a bonded spherical diamond mounted on an aluminium cantilever, combined with a nominal bearing force of 2g. Its production adjustment system enables the angle of the diamond to be pre-adjusted to limit corrections during installation on the turntable.
Compatible with pick-ups weighing from 10 to 30 g, it offers a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and an output level of 3.5 mV.
