The 3-ply North American ash body offers a natural rigidity that accentuates the clarity of the middle tones while leaving plenty of breath in the high attacks. The result is a responsive quinto that can keep up with fast patterns without lagging in resonance.

The Comfort Extended Curve II hoops provide a wider angle of support to take intense hits without causing discomfort to the fingers. The 3/8" tie rods work with the Galaxy side plates, which have 3 fixing points, to keep the barrel perfectly stable under varying tension.

The hand-selected natural skin produces an interesting balance between dry snaps and controlled harmonics, helping to bring out every nuance of the hand. You benefit from a classic tuning system that's robust enough for long sessions of fine-tuning, especially during frequent changes between the upper and middle registers.

ProCare guards protect the wood when it's transported or mounted on different stands repeatedly.
