Marcus Miller - M7 Alder-6 Transparent Blue

Designed for bassists who explore the full range of the neck, this Sire Marcus Miller M7 Alder-6 Transparent Blue 6-string bass maintains precision in every register. The 35" pitch helps maintain even tension, especially on the low string. This keeps the notes clean even at the lower end of the spectrum.

The Pure-H Revolution system produces a dense signal with good separation. Mini-switches allow you to change the configuration of the pickups to suit the desired sound. The sonic character adapts easily to the performance.

The Heritage-3 preamp gives you precise bass, midrange and treble control. Active or passive mode can be selected quickly. The adjustments are easy to use in any situation.

The alder body combined with a flamed maple top provides a balance between roundness and attack. The sound remains defined throughout the entire range. It works just as well for rhythmic playing as for more technical lines.

The 5-piece maple and mahogany neck adds rigidity. The C-shaped profile remains comfortable despite the width of the neck. The rosewood fingerboard with rounded edges makes for easy contact with the strings.

The 12" radius makes it easy to move across the 6 strings. Movement remains fluid along the entire length of the neck. This helps to manage extended positions.

The 18 mm spacing leaves plenty of room for a variety of techniques. The solid bridge helps maintain sustain. The tuning mechanism remains stable.

The Transparent Blue finish highlights the grain in a brilliant shade of blue. The whole package has a modern identity with an eye-catching visual!
