Microtech Gefell's M221 is a condenser microphone that combines constant response, frequency and phase linearity and remarkable impulse responses.
The M 221 is specially designed for ambient miking or very close instrument miking.
The KA 3 spherical accessory affects the accentuation of the frequency response, which starts at around 1 kHz. The response remains constant at 3 dB between 4 and 12 kHz. With the KA 4 spherical accessory, the response remains constant at 3 dB between 3 and 12 kHz.
