MuxLab's 8x8 HDMI matrix is the architecture that makes it all possible. Eight sources in, eight screens out, and total freedom to connect every pixel and sound wave wherever you want. Each channel carries a native HDMI 2.0 stream, in 4K at 60 frames per second with full 4:4:4 chroma. HDR and 3D content pass through without a hitch. The secret? Independent EDID management per port and an integrated downscaler that adjusts the resolution for each display. You can mix a 4K Blu-ray, a games console and a PC stream on screens of different resolutions, without the system flinching.
The acoustic experience follows the same specifications. The matrix decodes and routes the most advanced audio formats: from LPCM 7.1 multichannel to Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, for total immersion. An S/PDIF coaxial audio output is also available, an invaluable asset for integration with high-end audio systems.
Control is as good as performance. You can control the matrix in any way you like: via the TCP/IP network, RS232, Telnet, the supplied IR remote control or directly from its front buttons. The GUI software for Windows provides a clear overview and in-depth configuration. In a 19-inch rack, its professional design inspires instant confidence.
