Presentation
In some installations, network distribution alone is not enough. It is often necessary to maintain a local display, for example for technical control, operator feedback or direct supervision of the source. The MuxLab 500759 TX HLO meets precisely this need by combining IP transmission with an integrated local HDMI output.
Operation remains based on classic AV over IP architecture, with the possibility of transporting a video signal up to 4K at 30 Hz or 1080p at 60 Hz via a standard Ethernet network. Latency is kept to a minimum, enabling smooth broadcasting to multiple screens or within a video wall configured as required.
The special feature of this HLO version is its HDMI Loop Out port. This allows the signal to be recovered in parallel with the network broadcast, without the need for an external splitter. This simplifies installation and ensures that the source remains visible locally, independently of the network.
Like the other models in the series, the 500759 TX HLO can be integrated into a variety of configurations. It can be used as a direct link, for distribution to several screens or in more complex systems involving numerous display points. Flexibility depends mainly on the capacity of the network used.
Installation is based on Cat5e or Cat6 cabling, with a range of up to 100 metres between the equipment and the switch. Power over Ethernet (PoE) reduces the need for power cables, making it easy to integrate in professional environments.
Remote control functions, including RS232 and IR, enable connected equipment to be controlled without direct physical access. Finally, the addition of a dedicated network controller provides centralised management of the system, accessible from a browser or mobile device.
