KM A analogue output stage, for use with a compatible Neumann KK series capsule. It features a 10 dB pre-attenuation switch, so it can handle levels of up to 152 dB (depending on the type of capsule). Nickel-plated finish.

Presentation
The Neumann KM A/D system is a set of modular microphones for the most demanding applications.
Eight different small-diaphragm capsules (KK 120 ... KK 185) can be combined with an analogue output stage (KM A) or an AES 42 digital output stage (KM D).
The dimensions (diameter 22 mm, length 93 mm) of the KM A analogue and KM D digital output stages are identical.
As a result, all accessories can be used in combination with both output stages.
