Electric Guitar Effects
The Decade Preamp Pedal Peavey is a pedal-format guitar preamp based on the original 1980 Peavey Decade circuit. It features a switchable Saturation mode, Pre and Post Gain controls and a reactive three-band EQ for straightforward grain adjustment. It delivers raw, responsive saturation with enhanced dynamics thanks to an internal voltage increased to 24 V.

Presentation
The Peavey Decade Preamp Pedal is a faithful recreation of the Peavey Decade circuit from the early 1980s. This compact preamp is designed for guitarists looking for direct, rough, full-character saturation. It features a switchable Saturation mode that acts as a second, more charged and granular channel.
The Pre-Gain and Post-Gain controls allow you to fine-tune the amount of drive and the output level. The 3-band EQ Low, Mid and High allows you to sculpt the low end, boost the midrange or adjust the attack on the highs. The internal power supply raises the voltage to 24 V from a simple 9 V. This design maintains a good dynamic reserve and an amp-like response. The hard bypass incorporates an anti-click circuit for clean, silent switching.
The pedal can be used in front of a guitar amp without complex adjustments. It also provides a line-level output for larger configurations. The controls are easy to read and react quickly to adjustments. The die-cast enclosure protects the electronics during transport and rehearsal. Internal components are selected for reliable stability over time. The format is compact and easy to fit on a pedalboard.
This preamp is for guitarists who want a vintage feel without the need for a bulky amp.
