The Presonus AudioBox USB 96 25th Anniversary Special Edition is a must-have USB 2.0 audio interface for professionals and music enthusiasts alike.
With its new black finish and rugged metal chassis, this interface is not only stylish but also extremely durable.
It offers a sample rate of up to 96 kHz and a resolution of 16 or 24 bits, ensuring crystal clear audio.
The unit is equipped with two high-quality combo mic/instrument inputs, complemented by preamps that offer plenty of headroom.
These preamps also feature switchable +48V phantom power, making them ideal for use with condenser microphones.
The technical specifications of the preamp are also very impressive, including a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and a very low total harmonic distortion (THD+N) of less than 0.008%.
On the practical side, the AudioBox USB 96 has two 1/4” TRS jack outputs for the main outputs, a headphone output with an independent control level and a zero-latency monitoring function via an internal mixer.
It also offers MIDI In/Out ports to connect additional instruments. Powered by your computer's USB 2.0 port, this interface is very easy to install and use.
