Radial - Catapult Mini TRS

The Radial Catapult Mini TRS is a versatile audio transmission tool that allows you to send or receive four channels of analog signal over a single Cat 5 or Cat 6 Ethernet cable, making it particularly convenient for sound reinforcement installations and stage setups.

Unlike traditional audio cabling systems, the Catapult Mini TRS uses lightweight, readily available Ethernet connectivity for audio transmission, eliminating the need for heavy and expensive multi-core cables. This box is equipped with 6.35 mm male TRS connectors, which allow direct connection to devices such as mixing consoles or audio interfaces.

The modularity of the Radial Catapult system allows the Catapult Mini TRS to be combined with other models in the range, such as the RX and TX versions or those equipped with isolation transformers. This provides the flexibility to adapt the installation to the user’s specific needs, whether for studio environments, concerts, or fixed installations.

The Catapult Mini TRS is built on a 16-gauge steel chassis with a protective mesh cover, providing excellent durability for touring and permanent installations.

For optimal use, the Catapult Mini TRS can be integrated into a pre-existing Ethernet infrastructure in a building, allowing audio to be transmitted between different rooms without the need for additional cabling.

However, it is important to note that the analog signal cannot pass through a network switch, as this would block the audio signal. This passive enclosure does not require external power, further simplifying its installation and use.
