Rme - AI25 8TPRO 3m
With its eight audio connections grouped within a single cable, the RME AI25 8TPRO 3m multi-pair cable facilitates analogue connections between equipment fitted with a D-Sub 25 connector and multiple TRS jack connections. Its 3-metre length offers greater flexibility when setting up an audio interface, a converter, a mixing desk or a studio system, whilst the individual labelling of the eight TRS connectors makes it easy to quickly identify each channel.
Presentation
On one end, the multi-pair cable features a male D-Sub 25 connector fitted with a 4/40 UNC thread for mounting. At the other end, the eight TRS jack connectors allow the various audio channels to be tapped off separately. This combination is particularly well-suited to equipment using D-Sub 25 connectors for its analogue inputs or outputs, with a connection to TRS connectors.
The 3-metre length is a practical choice when devices are not positioned directly next to one another. It allows greater flexibility for organising a rack, linking two areas of a studio, or connecting an audio interface to equipment situated a few metres away. The cable therefore avoids the need to move devices closer together simply to accommodate the available length.
The eight TRS plugs are individually numbered. This labelling makes it easier to identify each channel during connection and allows you to quickly locate a channel when working on the system. The cable bundle is housed within a black sheath 14 mm in diameter, which helps to keep the installation more organised than if eight separate cables were used.
