Rme - M-32 DA Pro
Based on high-resolution conversion components and a fully symmetrical analogue circuit design, the M-32 AD Pro offers a signal-to-noise ratio of 120 dB(A) with extremely low THD values, putting it in the reference class of converters. Each of the 32 channels can convert to AN/NA up to a sampling frequency of 192 kHz. Internal filtering is based on the recently released ADI-2 Pro reference converters and provides a linear frequency response (down to 0 Hz at the output).
Presentation
Combined with external AVB switches, the new M Series converters can be integrated quickly, easily and reliably into more complex network structures thanks to the full time-synchronous signal processing of the AVB protocol. A total of up to 128 audio channels can be sent and received via AVB on all streams.
The AVDECC 1722.1 open control protocol as part of AVB allows users to use external controllers from different manufacturers to control almost all of the device's functions. In addition, a web interface and JSON API are available - both via the network connection and the built-in USB port.
With the latest 2.0.0 firmware update, the M-32 Pro series is now fully remote controllable via a web interface over any network link (including wireless via Wi-Fi), with the same intuitive user experience as all other AVB devices known to RME Audio.

In addition to +19dBu and +13dBu, the new M Series is one of the few solutions available on the market that also allows operation with the SMPTE® recommendation of +24dBu to 0dBFS.
The combination of level displays and channel labelling fields conveys a familiar analogue feel, but is proving to be an almost indispensable advantage in everyday practice.
Using the transparent paper provided, users can create individual channel labels and affix them securely behind a magnetic cover. This always gives a complete overview of analogue channel assignments.
