The Fireface UFX III is a 188-channel USB audio interface with 24-bit/192kHz conversion, TotalMix FX, MADI, ADAT, AES, integrated DSP and DURec, ideal for studios requiring ultra-flexible management of high-resolution audio streams.
Presentation
It benefits from in-house technologies such as SteadyClock FS (ultra-stable synchronisation clock), TotalMix FX (integrated DSP mixing console) and the DURec function, enabling direct recording to USB memory stick, without the need for a computer.
Its 24-bit / 192 kHz AD/DA converters ensure accurate sound reproduction throughout the dynamic range, from 28 Hz to 200 kHz. In terms of connectivity, the Fireface UFX III features 4 XLR/Jack combo mic/line preamps, 8 balanced line inputs, 8 line outputs (including 2 XLR), two independent headphone outputs, as well as ADAT/S/PDIF, AES/EBU, Word Clock, MIDI and MADI optical connectivity for 64 additional channels.
Its front-panel TFT display makes it easy to monitor levels visually, while compatibility with the optional RME ARC remote control means you can control essential functions remotely. The USB 3.0 port guarantees sufficient bandwidth to operate all inputs/outputs simultaneously, with ultra-low latency.
