Wireless Microphone
Sennheiser EW-DX SKM (Y1-3), wireless transmitter (supplied without capsule). It uses the near 1.8 GHz frequency band to provide stable, homogeneous transmission in Europe, ideal for professional installations and complex RF environments.
ARTICLE N° 120873
Presentation
The Sennheiser EW-DX SKM Y1-3 operates in the 1785.2 - 1799.8 MHz band, located in the 1.8 GHz range (DECT). This band is particularly interesting because it is globally harmonised in Europe, and is often accessible without a licence or with greatly simplified constraints depending on the country.
Unlike traditional UHF bands, this range offers a modern alternative that is less dependent on the TV spectrum, making it particularly suitable for saturated urban environments. It also enables wireless systems to be deployed with greater predictability, particularly in fixed installations, businesses and public places.
