Presentation
The digital UHF transmission enables the system to benefit from Sennheiser’s renowned advantages in terms of range, reliability and scalability. The EW-D Smart Assist app allows the system to be paired and managed remotely via Bluetooth Low Energy, ensuring a smoother user experience on a day-to-day basis.
The Auto Scan function helps to quickly establish a reliable connection with minimal time and effort. Thanks to its dynamic range of 134 dB, the system preserves signal detail without the need for sensitivity adjustment, according to the manufacturer. Its latency of 1.9 ms also ensures immediate voice reproduction.
Users have access to 2,240 selectable frequencies, a bandwidth of 56 MHz and a capacity of up to 90 channels. The unit runs on two AA batteries (supplied) or an optional lithium-ion battery offering up to 12 hours’ battery life, according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
