With a ceramic magnet and a double coil, this passive pickup delivers a high resistance of 15.90 kΩ. This allows you to push the amplifier to produce more distortion and sustain. It is a perfect model for heavy genres like modern metal.
It is designed to offer a tight bass response, clear mids and smooth highs, all thanks to its use of Alnico 5 magnets. This characteristic guarantees excellent note articulation, even for the low B string. This string can often become fuzzy with other pickups.
Featuring 4-conductor shielded cables, it offers advanced wiring options such as series/parallel mode or split-coil. It reduces noise and hum like a pro.

Mark Holcomb, rhythm guitarist for the progressive metal band Periphery, was born on September 25, 1985. Since joining the band in 2011, he has shaped their distinctive sound with his unique playing style and songwriting skills. Holcomb is also known for his signature guitar models with PRS Guitars. In addition to Periphery, he has collaborated with Misha Mansoor on the Haunted Shores project. His creative approach to music has earned him a huge following among metal fans.
