What's sonically unique about Whole Lotta pickups is the way they push your amp and add a very slight natural compression and sustain to your sound. Alnico V rough cast magnets add warmth and balance to make everything sound bigger.

While living in London, Seymour Duncan helped young guitarists find the sound that would go down in rock history. In this case, thanks to a humbucker specially designed by Seymour, mounted on a Les Paul and powered by a Marshall stack.
That pickup is back today: the Whole Lotta Humbucker.
The basis of this pickup is an Alnico 5 magnet, enamelled wire and a winding specific to Seymour.
The bridge pickup is warmer than a vintage pickup, with a resistance of 8.78 k, and the neck pickup is quite muscular, with a resistance of 8.20 k.
That pickup is back today: the Whole Lotta Humbucker.
